Cancellation Policy


You may suspend or terminate your Account with us at any time in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Direct and Open Challenges

In order to set up a Direct Challenge or an Open Challenge (as applicable) (a “Challenge”), you will be asked to:

  • request that the Challenge is posted on the App as soon as it is submitted to us; and
  • confirm that you understand and accept that your right to cancel will be lost at the point at which the Challenge is accepted.

You may withdraw a Challenge at any point before it is accepted by another Player. Your withdrawal will become effective on receipt from confirmation from us via the App that the Challenge has been cancelled. We will send this confirmation as soon as it is practicable for us to do so. Following such withdrawal, the Versus Coins that had been ring-fenced to cover the Entry Fee will be returned to your Wallet as soon as it is reasonably possible for us to do so.

Despite the process set out above, in the event that a Challenge is accepted in the period between you requesting that it be withdrawn and you receiving confirmation from us that your request has been successful, you will be unable to withdraw the Challenge.

Tournaments and Leagues

In order to enter a Tournament or a League (as applicable) (a “Competition”), you will be asked to:

  • request that you are entered into the Competition immediately; and
  • confirm that you understand and accept that your right to cancel will be lost at the point at which you are entered into the Competition.

In accordance with the above, you acknowledge and accept that all Entry Fees to Competitions are non-refundable.
